Tahun4D Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

Tahun4d services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. tahun4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account found to not satisfy these requirements.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Tahun4D takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage registration and will terminate any account found to be in breach of this requirement.
• Location: tahun4d services are intended for users in Malaysia. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of these services complies with the local laws applicable to them.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at tahun4d. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Non-tahun4d employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the tahun4d team are not permitted to register as regular members for gambling purposes.

Your tahun4d account is entirely your personal responsibility. Below are your obligations and rights as a tahun4d account holder.

• Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Tahun4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We encourage all members to enable 2FA for added protection. When 2FA is active, any login attempt that does not complete the 2FA verification will be blocked automatically.
• Update information: You are responsible for keeping your account profile information up to date, in particular your active phone number and email address. Inaccurate information may cause delays or complications during the withdrawal process.
• Account activity: Accounts that are inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure, in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Members will be notified via their registered email address before any action is taken.

Tahun4D will never ask for your account password through any channel, including live chat or email. If you receive such a request claiming to be from tahun4d, please report it to our security team immediately.

Tahun4D supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, making deposits and withdrawals straightforward.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to the member's VIP tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM50,000 (Gold VIP), RM100,000 (Diamond VIP).

• Rollover (Wagering Requirement): The rollover value for each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The standard rollover for deposit bonuses is between 15x and 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• One promotion at a time: Members may not stack two different deposit promotions simultaneously. The weekly VIP cashback and monthly free spins are exceptions, as these are separate ongoing rewards.
• Promotion period: Each promotion has a set validity period, within which the rollover requirement must be met. Failure to fulfil the rollover within the specified period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Final decision: The outcome of all games is final once processed by the system. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, tahun4d will use server data to determine the valid result.

• Bet suspension: tahun4d reserves the right to void or cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data fault. Members will be notified and their balance fully refunded in such cases.
• Match delay: If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets related to that match will be fully refunded, unless the match has already started and passed the halfway point of the scheduled duration.
• Live betting (in-play): Live bets that are successfully placed are considered binding. The quality of a member's internet connection is entirely the member's responsibility. tahun4d does not accept complaints regarding live bets that failed due to connection delays on the member's end.
• Minimum odds for free bet: Free bets issued as part of a tahun4d promotional programme are only valid for bets with a minimum odds of 1.75. Using a free bet on a wager with lower odds will result in any winnings being recalculated at the minimum odds threshold.
• Maximum bet limit: The maximum betting limit per match or market is set by tahun4d and may change based on market risk factors. Limits can be reviewed before placing a bet.

As part of tahun4d's commitment to security and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team.

1. Contact customer support first: All disputes must be initiated by contacting tahun4d's customer support team via the in-platform live chat. Please provide full details including the transaction ID, date, and a description of the issue. Most disputes can be resolved at this level within 24 hours.
2. Escalation to a supervisor: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request an escalation to a senior supervisor via email at support@tahun4d.site. Please include the case reference from the first stage. The supervisor will review your case within 3–5 business days.
3. Server record review: In all disputes relating to game outcomes or transactions, tahun4d's server logs serve as the definitive reference. These records cannot be manipulated and are considered valid and accurate evidence.
4. Final settlement: tahun4d's decision following the escalation process is final for all disputes relating to platform operations.

• Self-imposed deposit limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time, but increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period before it comes into effect.
• Self-imposed betting limits: Members can independently set a maximum bet limit per wager or per session within their account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Members can activate an account pause ranging from 24 hours to 6 months via account settings. During the pause, access to the platform will be blocked.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may apply for permanent self-exclusion. This is an irreversible decision and the account will be permanently closed.

Tahun4D reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the changes are required for urgent security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the tahun4d platform after the effective date of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw any eligible balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through tahun4d's internal channels will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
